East Coast Property Services, LLC was established in South Portland, Maine by Coleman Meehan, a 20-year Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. After retiring from the Marines, Coleman established The Work Horse Company in Newport, North Carolina. Coleman then returned to Maine, where he was born and raised and established East Coast Property Services, LLC in 2006. Since its inception, ECPS has grown from the state of Maine and now services many states along the eastern seaboard, and beyond!

East Coast Property Services, LLC is bonded, fully licensed and insured, specializing in the management of mortgage inspections, facilitating the highest quality of accuracy and timely execution.

From the beginning, Coleman envisioned an integrity-based company committed to following a strict code of ethics. Therefore, all Independent Field Inspection Agents are screened and must pass a criminal background check.
